about us Bottega Barocca is a small azienda agricola in the sunny south of Sicily, nested in the Val di Noto. We stand for Sicilian tradition and love for nature. With the olives for our oil Don Antonio and also with our almonds we pay much attention to traditional harvesting and processing. Here you can see some pictures of our azienda and our products. Our trees We only have a small quantity of olive trees and produce an exclusive amount of oil every year. Our almonds We produce a variety of pizzuta almonds. Cans with oil Our olive oil Don Antonio is cold pressed and directly imbottled after the harvest. Our area Bottega Barocca is situated in the famous Val di Noto in the south of Sicily. Almond harvest Our almonds are harvested by hand and then get time to dry in the sun. men harvesting olives Harvesting time We are still harvesting in a traditional way with bamboo sticks & without any machines.
